  • Flight Itinerary For Visa Including Information Such As Flight Name, Departure/Arrival Timings Etc
  • Health insurance valid for the entire period of the visit in Israel (health insurance valid in Israel)
  • Employment Details with Employer Name, Address, contact no and designation
  • Scanned copies of all travel documents you have held within the last 15 years. Ensure you scan every page of all relevant passports, including blank pages, visas, and all entry / exit stamps.
  • Optional: Resident Permit Or Multiple Visa Issued By The Listed Countries
