Refund & Cancellation Policy

Visa2Travel is a marketplace: tour packages, activities, hotels, cab bookings, property rentals, insurance, and visa assistance are provided by independent agents and suppliers/DMCs, not by Visa2Travel directly. Cancellation and refund terms for a specific booking are set by that agent or supplier and shown to you before you confirm — always check the terms on your booking confirmation.

Platform fees

Visa2Travel does not currently charge travelers a separate booking or service fee — the price quoted by your agent or supplier is the price you pay them. Agents and suppliers separately purchase credits from Visa2Travel for listing placement and lead access; as set out in our Terms and Conditions, those credits are non-refundable once used.

Visa application services

Once a visa application has been submitted to an embassy, consulate, or government e-visa portal on your behalf, government processing fees and third-party service fees already paid are generally non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.

Disputes

If an agent or supplier doesn’t honor the terms shown at booking, contact Visa2Travel support with your booking reference. See Trust & Safety for how disputes are handled.
