What is Visa2Travel?
Visa2Travel is India’s travel marketplace — one place to find tour packages, activities, hotels, cabs and transport, property rentals, travel insurance, international SIM cards, and visa assistance, all matched to a verified local travel agent. Instead of piecing a trip together across a dozen sites, you submit what you need once and get matched with a nearby agent who can quote it directly.
Is Visa2Travel a travel agency itself?
No — Visa2Travel is the marketplace that connects you with independent local travel agents and the suppliers and DMCs (destination management companies) behind them. The agent you’re matched with handles your actual booking directly.
Do I pay through the Visa2Travel website?
No. Your quote, payment, and booking are arranged directly with your matched agent, off-platform. Visa2Travel connects you — it doesn’t process payments for trips.
Is it free to use?
Yes, browsing listings and requesting quotes from agents is free for travelers.
Verification & trust
What does the “Verified” badge mean?
Every agent and supplier completes a KYC (know-your-customer) step — currently confirming PAN and business details — before their listing goes live. Listings that pass carry a “Verified” badge.
What’s the difference between “Verified” and “Trusted”?
“Verified” means KYC is complete. “Trusted” is earned additionally through a track record of completed bookings and genuine positive traveler reviews.
What if there’s no agent listed in my city yet?
Some city pages don’t have a confirmed agent listed yet — browse the full agent directory to find the nearest one, or check back as more agents complete onboarding.

How do I get a quote?
Tap “Enquire Now” on any listing to reach nearby agents directly, or “View Details” first to see the full listing before requesting a quote.
What’s your cancellation and refund policy?
Since bookings and payments happen directly with your agent, cancellation and refund terms depend on that agent and supplier. See our general Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

How do I list as a supplier or DMC?
Apply here — hotels, tour operators, transport providers, and other suppliers list inventory for agents to book on a traveler’s behalf. You choose which categories to list in during onboarding.
