We collect information to facilitate transparent marketplace connections between travelers and verified regional operators. The data collected depends on how you interact with the Platform:

• Travelers: Full name, mobile phone number, email address, city of residence, and the specific trip parameters submitted in a quote inquiry (destination, expected travel dates, approximate budget, and your custom message to the agent).
• Agents: Full personal name, registered travel business name, mobile phone and WhatsApp contact numbers, business email address, city, certified service verticals, professional background summary, and PAN number for regulatory verification.
• Suppliers: Registered corporate entity name, designated representative, business telephone, official email, operating city, physical address, PAN number, operational summary, year of incorporation, and optional GST, MSME, or local tourism licensing credentials.

Visa2Travel operates strictly as an intermediary travel marketplace connecting travelers with independent third-party operators - it does not itself directly execute or sell travel packages. Consequently, controlled data sharing between connecting parties is fundamental to marketplace functionality:

• When a traveler requests a quote, the selected travel specialist receives the traveler's name, email, phone number, and inquiry specifications.
• Agent and supplier verified profiles, operational city, verified category credentials, and verification badges are displayed publicly to enable informed traveler decisions.
• No Third-Party Advertising Resale: We never sell, rent, or lease your personal data to external advertisers, data brokers, or marketing consortiums.

Agents and registered suppliers purchase platform credits for profile listings, verified lead access, and promoted search placements. All financial transactions are securely processed through RBI-authorized payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay / Cashfree) with end-to-end PCI-DSS compliant encryption.

Visa2Travel does not store or process your full credit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on our servers at any time.

Where agents or suppliers submit statutory identity or commercial documentation (such as PAN cards, GST certificates, MSME registrations, or local trade licenses) to acquire a "Verified" or "Trusted" badge, these documents are utilized exclusively for internal authentication and compliance validation.

Raw verification documents and government identification numbers are securely archived in restricted administrative storage and are never exposed publicly on directory pages.

We employ essential session cookies and performance telemetry to maintain secure authentication states, retain user preferences, and measure marketplace usability patterns. You may configure or restrict cookie handling via your web browser settings; however, disabling essential session cookies may impair portal authentication.

We implement technical and procedural controls including TLS 1.3 encryption, database access segmentation, and continuous vulnerability scanning to mitigate unauthorized data access. Please exercise caution and refrain from transmitting sensitive financial or identity credentials via open message fields.

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you retain the right to review, rectify, or request deletion of your account records. Inquiries can be submitted directly to our support desk. Deletion of an account terminates active marketplace records but does not retract communication previously initiated with third-party agents.

Visa2Travel is strictly designed and operated for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly solicit or maintain records pertaining to minors. Accounts discovered to be created by minors will be closed promptly upon verification.

We may amend this Privacy Policy periodically to align with legal mandates or platform enhancements. Material revisions are published on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage regular review of this statement.
