Every agent and supplier on Visa2Travel goes through KYC verification before their listing goes live. A Verified badge means identity and business documentation have been checked; a Trusted badge is earned through a track record of completed bookings and genuine traveler reviews.

Reviews

Reviews are left only by travelers, agents, and suppliers who interacted through the platform, and must reflect a genuine experience. We remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise in violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay with encrypted, PCI-compliant handling — Visa2Travel does not store your card details.

If something goes wrong

Contact support with your booking reference. Reported issues are investigated with the agent or supplier involved, and repeated or serious issues can result in a listing losing its badge or being removed from the platform.
