Visa2Travel is a specialized travel marketplace and connecting platform. We enable travelers to discover, evaluate, and connect directly with independent, third-party agents and registered suppliers who list tour packages, hotel stays, cab transport, sightseeing activities, property rentals, travel insurance plans, international SIM solutions, and visa consultancy services.

Users agree to furnish complete and accurate information during registration as a traveler, travel agent, or supplier, and to maintain the currency of these records. Agent and supplier profiles require administrative vetting and identity authentication before profiles or service listings are published live.

We reserve the statutory right to decline, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion in events of falsified credentials, unresolved traveler complaints, or violations of platform guidelines.

Submitting a quote inquiry on Visa2Travel establishes a direct connection with a destination specialist - it does not constitute a confirmed financial booking, room reservation, or fixed-price guarantee.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing service specifications, payment schedules, refund guidelines, and provider credentials prior to executing payments. Visa2Travel is not a contractual party to individual travel transactions and assumes no liability for provider performance or service variations.

Registered agents and suppliers bear sole legal responsibility for the veracity, legality, and accuracy of listed packages, pricing, itineraries, and credentials. All catalog content is subject to marketplace editorial compliance. We may amend or remove listings that are misleading, expired, or non-compliant.

"Verified" and "Trusted" badge designations indicate that documentary evidence has been authenticated by our administration; they do not represent an insurance guarantee by Visa2Travel for service fulfillment.

Partners and suppliers may be debited platform credits for listing publications, lead unlocks, and featured visibility tiers as specified in portal dashboards. Platform credits are procured in advance and are non-refundable once applied toward leads or active listings.

Unutilized credit balances do not expire while accounts remain in good standing. We reserve the right to revise fee tiers for future credit acquisitions with reasonable notice; previously acquired credits maintain their stated face value.

Traveler reviews and feedback submissions must reflect authentic, firsthand service experiences. We maintain strict anti-fraud moderation and will delete fictitious, compensated, defamatory, or competitor-driven reviews.

Platform users agree not to engage in unauthorized activities, including data scraping, transmitting fraudulent inquiries, bypassing partner vetting protocols, attempting credential compromise, or leveraging contact records for unauthorized mass marketing.

The Platform's interface architecture, brand identifiers, styling, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of Visa2Travel. Agents and suppliers retain copyright to uploaded media but grant the Platform an irrevocable, royalty-free license to display such material for marketplace operations.

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable legislation, Visa2Travel, its directors, and personnel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transactions, arrangements, delays, cancellations, or disputes occurring between travelers and listed third-party operators.

We may amend these Terms periodically. Continued utilization of Visa2Travel following the publication of revised terms constitutes binding acceptance of the amended conditions.

These Terms are constructed and governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or litigation arising from Platform usage shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Anand, Gujarat, India.
